We can make changes in our lives so that our friends, environment, expressions or work SUIT us better but first we must face our fear of change. As we stand and be more of our true selves, as we learn to LIVE and SPEAK what we BELIEVE, our friends, environment and expressions will shift, drop away, turn and run but will most certainly change. Step with it. As we LET OURSELVES OUT we will repel what no longer fits us, we drop friends and more, but remember this is what we want and need. Endings do not mean, say, that your relationship or job, has been unsuccessful, just that its time is over. Appreciate it as it goes. As we do this we call to us the new people and experiences that fit us better. Our life aligns to suit us better. Let your heart out friends or be forever surrounded by a life that fits your mask and not you.

Yet another shift on our relationships, more truth coming OUT, within that relationship.

We are feeling Solar Flares so I'm putting up a Cranky People Alert cause 'THEY' are all saying what they think, and its not always nice.
Once we 'get that stuff settled' we will feel SOOO much better. So make your adjustments and feel better friends. Align that outer life with your inner loves. We may be hearing just what people think about us, this is still a part of our STANDING. listen to my latest Sensitive Report here

We are balancing our male and female roles and changing what those roles are, or perhaps throwing away labels all together. Could be male/female relationships, love interest or not, but also how same sex gets along with each other. Mother daughter, girlfriend to girlfriend too, boys to boys, all of us will shift this and how we feel about everyone around us, and how they feel about us too!

Many of us again making LARGE shifts, moving, ending relationships etc. Collectively we all need to let go of judgmental way of thinking. LET IT OUT OF THE BODY FRIENDS, Let it ALL GO. As I say if you have made your adjustments you will feel better, but ALSO this is the YEAR OF ACTION, so support your new steps and ACTUALLY STEP!

Letting go ...again

I call it our unraveling because, I see our energy wrapped around us like bandages, our issues wrapped over our hearts, or voice, you know this. But as we unravel one layer of our issue, fear or pain, we come all the way around again , full circle, again back at the beginning, another layer to let go off, another layer to SEE, to awknowledge. This time maybe it is a little easier, maybe we can accept our lives a little better, a little deeper. On we go, unraveling xo

These should only be used once you have mastered the meditations and feel ready to just do on your own. So please do the meditations FIRST and do these techniques as you progress. I will remind you :)

SENSITIVE EMPATH OPEN technique

Use anytime you are in a stressful situation for anxiety or when we are in negative energies whether from one person or many in our environment.

This is really for EVERYONE, but for the sensitives that are just learning how to manouver in the world as an sensitive, then I recommend this technique.

Naturally when we are in stressful situations we CLOSE UP, this gets all the negative energy TRAPPED IN OUR BODY. We need to BE IN FLOW and ALLOW. We do this by FEELING EVERY CELL IN OUR BODY OPEN, we feel all this negative energy flow THROUGH and OUT of us. We need to feel EXPANSION and OPEN.

QUICK PUFF Egg #1 technique

once you have mastered your EGG #1 or you won't do it properly, this is like a fast forward run of the meditations movements.

I encourage you to begin doing a QUICK PUFF anytime you need to REbalance or if you just don't have time. I and others do A QUICK PUFF and FEEL OUR EGG before raising from sleep and before going to sleep.

just go through your steps in one quick movement

OPEN ALL CHAKRAS AND FEEL THIS FLOW

BREATHE UP THE EARTH CORE ENERGY TO THE HEART AND OUT

BREATHE IN SOLAR ENERGIES TO THE HEART

AND ALWAYS OUT AROUND THE BODY

FORMING THE EGG

I find this one really useful especially at the beginning of our meditation practice when it is harder for us to maybe 'find' the time. (this will change to you looking forward to WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCES WILL BE as you UNRAVEL ANOTHER LAYER)

PROPER HEART FLOW technique

Begin this technique when you have already begun working with your Heart and its Flow.

I encourage you to do this ALL THROUGH your day, do just as you are taught in the Heart meditations and FEEL the energy MOVING. You will be surprised how WELL you will FEEL YOUR OWN FLOW in the body as you do this and how often you find your HEART IS CLOSED will also surprise you.

Another tricky one, but once you learn this energy technique you can use this call over and over again. This is designed for a safe dimensional communication. Grounded and also connected to the Universal Core energies, we enter the 4 D in our Higher Heart Egg, grounded and connected, with our EYES on as I say. Today a mini update for the sensitives, for all of us that just might be feeling the STATIC ON THE LINE, the disconnection. In our energetic environment there are times when we are disconnected in our higher communications as well as our connections spiritually to each other.

It helps, I believe to understand what it is we are feeling, to make sense of these things. As sensitives, we have A LOT OF DIFFERENT COMMUNICATIONS thrown at us and we really have no idea what is going on...my updates, I hope will help us all to be able to understand these different frequencies, disturbances, openings and of course our other dimensional beings, that would also include the holographic ones, but that is for another day.

The mp3 downloads all work and will import into your itunes and ipod!

You just have to buy the downloads, and them import them right away to itunes. OR buy the CD and import THAT into your itunes, either way it is wouldn't be a problem.

People find itunes kind of fussy, you just have to import them right away and then get it all set up on your ipod or whatever. Hope that helps!

THE HEART ❤ ♡ ❤ its Flow and RESONANCE
IN this podcast class I have focused on the HEART SONG because I was really PUSHED to do this one! This idea that the HEART PUTS OUT ENERGY or this NEW SONG pieced together for me recently in a new way, but this still supports my belief in our energy and learning about our energy and how to USE IT, in that as we get the body cleared, the mind cleared or ego is its proper place, and source and heart energy in proper flow, well I think then we sort of prrrr, our Heart radiates its own song and frequency and this has been picked up by scientists. WELL, as our whales and dolphins are leaving this earth we , I believe, along with our own journey, and many of us here, are also on our mother earths transformational journey and we build a new energetic space, with her and the solar energies and build a new heart space, using among other things, our heart's song. so you see why this is so important.

I will tell you a story, this one took me an extra day, I couldn't get the meditation right, and worked on it on the computer for days and days, listening and listening, so I stepped away from work, frustrated, and sat down on my couch, and started to just make these sounds, and they felt good, and I did it a bit more and THEN I LAUGHED MY SELF SILLY, for the whales told me what was missing, coming out of me was whale songs, AND THEY ARE OUR MASTER TEACHERS TO PUT OUR HEART SONG OUT THERE ❤❤❤ as they leave this plane too, it is their frequency and song helped create this energetic world, it was their song that kept our world together and they taught me to put their song in this meditation.

SO NOW ITS ALL DONE and will be part of the DO YOUR EGG HEART series that I am putting up! all three heart meditations, AND all three DO YOUR EGG meditations AND this class.
I hope you enjoy and will suggest to your friends and family. These meditations are also great gifts ideas and some of you have been sharing them, thank you.

As always, I feel we need to do this one a few times to really get to that space where not so much the INFORMATION IS REARRANGING but that WE WILL FEEL THE HEART and maybe some NEW and STRONGER ENERGIES. I have been listening now over and over to it, and my heart feels to be pulsing and flowing naturally out, it really feels different than just when we got to the HEART VOICE point. . BUT this may take time as usual! Listen to your own voice as always.

As an artist and a portrait photographer my 'eye' and my abilities as an Empath expanded and out came these Spirit Portraits. They start from many digital images, a spirit portrait of you. As my empathic abilities expanded and I began to 'see' people, not just feeling them and their essence, but beyond that, even to our dimensional beings.

SUGGESTIONS

TAKE A GOOD PORTRAIT WITH A DECENT CAMERA 3 - 5 MEG BIGGEST YOU CAN

GO TO A LOCATION OR JUST CLOSE THE DOOR BY YOURSELF IN A ROOM BUT REMEMBER LIGHTING! BY A WINDOW BUT YOU CAN FILL FLASH TOO.

USE A TRIPOD AND TIMER. TRIPODS ARE CHEAP OR USE A TABLE AND A TIMER.

suggest that you try to take your pictures--especially portraits--with natural light. You'll get your best portraits outdoors, positioning your subject with the sun off to the side. Then set the flash to "fill" or "force" mode to eliminate any shadows on the face. If it is a sunny day go in the shade of a tree.

DON'T WORRY just try to capture a real feeling, something that is you to you. I will do the rest.xo

WHAT I DO

I am guided by my expanded empathic and intuitive abilities!

This is my HEART VOICE to connect to INSPIRATION, CREATION and the UNIVERSAL ENERGIES. and YES! I create from this space! (DO YOUR EGG if you want to know how) . Most times I feel YOU with me, we meet, and we connect in the Ether space, we have what I call a visionation, BUT NOT ALWAYS this is dependant on where YOU are in your awakening and what your higher self shows me. My included READING is what your portrait tells me as I am creating it. This is not a usual you will meet a dark man (not me!) but a MEETING I have with a deeper level of you, it is your spirit messages. I create what I feel and am shown by elemental energies, thoughts and symbols. Sometimes there are also suggestions for assistance in your path. My advice always comes as SELF HELP ADVICE! we are here to do our work and so suggestions to come.
